Every Flooring Guys job starts with a signed estimate, and that estimate is where the installation workmanship warranty terms are written down. The details depend on the job, so ask Wally for the specifics on yours before work begins.

Installation workmanship

Workmanship coverage is about how the floor was installed. Its terms, including how long it lasts and what it doesn’t cover, are on your signed estimate.

Flooring products

The flooring itself carries its manufacturer’s warranty, which has its own terms for care and use. DV Flooring lists its warranty on the DV Flooring page. For Duralast and any other product, ask us for the manufacturer’s warranty terms for the line you choose.

If something isn’t right
