Privacy Policy

This page explains what flooringguys.net collects when you use it and what we do with it. The Flooring Guys is a family-owned flooring company based in Clermont, Florida.

What you send us

When you fill out one of our forms (the free-estimate and quote forms, or the Duralast and DV Flooring sample requests), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address (where the form asks for it), your city, ZIP or address, the service you want, approximate square footage, any notes, and the sample colors you picked. The form also records the page you sent it from, including any Google Ads click ID or campaign tags in that page’s web address. If you call or text us, we see your number and whatever you send.

How we store and use it

Submissions are saved in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and are delivered to us by email through form-handling services such as Formspree. We use your information only to respond to your request, arrange samples and estimates, provide the service, and keep our business records. We do not sell it. We keep it as long as needed to respond and for our business records.

Page-view counting

We count visits with a small counter that runs on our own site. For each event it records only the page address, the type of event (a page view, a blog post view, a tap on a call or text link, a form being sent, or a blog post being read for a while), and the date. It uses no cookies, assigns no visitor ID, and does not store your IP address or browser details, so it cannot tell whether two visits came from the same person.

Google Ads

We use a Google Ads tag to measure how our ads perform. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device and receive information about your visit for that purpose. Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare, our host, adds its Web Analytics script to our pages to give us aggregate traffic and performance reports. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles that data.

Videos

Some pages show YouTube videos. YouTube may collect information when a video loads or plays, under its own policies.

Your requests

To ask what we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, call or text us at (407) 379-1585 or use our contact page, and we will look at your request.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
